Delete your Babisy account.
Start an account-deletion request in the Babisy app. If you cannot access the app, contact the privacy officer by email.
Start with the account you want deleted.
The in-app process is the primary way to request deletion because it connects the request to the signed-in account.
Open Babisy and sign in
Use the account you want to delete so the request applies to the correct profile and associated information.
Open the account-deletion option
Find the account-deletion option in the application’s account settings and review the information shown before continuing.
Confirm the request
Follow the confirmation steps in the app. Babisy may take reasonable steps to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
Account information is deleted or de-identified.
When an account is deleted, Babisy deletes or de-identifies associated personal information that it is not legally or reasonably required to retain.
Limited retention may still apply
Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial records, safety reports, disputes, legal claims, or other legal obligations. Information may also remain temporarily in backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention cycles.

Email the privacy officer from an address associated with your account. Babisy may request reasonable information to verify the request before completing deletion.

Deleting your Babisy account or removing the app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription through the store where it was purchased.
