These Community Guidelines establish the standards of conduct expected from all users of the Babisy platform, operated by Uncarte Inc.

Babisy connects families and babysitters, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment is essential to the community.

These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Use and may be enforced at Babisy’s discretion.

Users must ensure that their profiles are accurate, not misleading, and appropriate for a childcare marketplace.

Profile photos must be clear and appropriate and must not contain nudity, violence, or harmful imagery.

• Profiles may not impersonate another person.
• Profiles may not contain false qualifications or experience.
• Profiles may not include inappropriate or offensive content.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Babisy.

• Providing false information about identity, experience, or qualifications.
• Impersonating another individual.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or repeatedly messaging other users.
• Using abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language.
• Engaging in any behavior that may endanger a child.
• Requesting or sharing inappropriate content involving minors.
• Posting or sharing sexually explicit, violent, illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass platform safeguards.
• Using the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Scraping, copying, or exploiting platform data.
• Discriminating against users based on protected characteristics under applicable law.

Any conduct involving potential harm to a child will be treated with zero tolerance.

Serious safety violations may result in immediate removal from the Platform.

When communicating on the Platform, users must be respectful, professional, and responsible.

Users should avoid pressuring or coercive behavior and should avoid sharing sensitive personal information unnecessarily.

Babisy reserves the right to review communications where necessary for safety, moderation, or compliance purposes.

Babisy encourages all users to take proactive steps to ensure safety, including verifying identity and background independently, conducting interviews or meetings before arrangements, and trusting their judgment and instincts.

Babisy does not guarantee the safety, identity, or suitability of any user.

Users may report suspicious activity, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns.

Babisy may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to the Platform, investigate reports, and take action at its sole discretion.

While Babisy promotes a safe and respectful environment, it does not guarantee user behavior, does not verify all information provided by users, and users remain responsible for their own decisions and interactions.

Babisy may update these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
