What is Babisy?
Babisy is a mobile app for families in Canada to find and compare babysitter profiles, save potential sitters, send messages, leave reviews, and use reporting or blocking controls.
Is Babisy available on iOS and Android?
Apple has approved Babisy, and Google Play approval is pending. Each store button remains marked Coming soon until its direct public listing URL is available and enabled on this website.
Can I search live babysitter listings on this website?
No. Current profiles and location-based results are available only in the Babisy app. This website explains the product and provides parent guides.
Does Babisy employ or book babysitters?
No. Babisy helps families and babysitters find and contact one another. Families and sitters make their own decisions, agreements, and payment arrangements.
Does Babisy screen or verify every babysitter?
No. Some profiles may display optional indicators, but not every sitter has completed the same checks. Families should review the full profile, interview candidates, check references where appropriate, and complete any other steps needed for their arrangement.
How does messaging work?
Families can keep conversations in the app while discussing availability, experience, duties, pay, references, and next steps. Some messaging benefits may depend on the current Premium package shown in the app.
What does Babisy Premium include?
The in-app purchase screen shows the current Premium package, price, trial eligibility, renewal period, and subscription terms before purchase. The website does not publish a price that could become outdated.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Manage cancellation through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. The Babisy app also includes a restore-purchases option for eligible store purchases.
Can I report or block someone?
Yes. Babisy includes reporting and blocking controls. An in-app report is not emergency response; contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority for immediate danger or suspected crime.
Is Babisy available across Canada?
Babisy is built for families and babysitters in Canada. The number of profiles and local availability varies by community.
Can babysitters use Babisy?
Yes. Babysitters can create profiles that describe their experience, availability, services, rates, and preferences for families to review.
