Read what each item represents before relying on it. Families remain responsible for interviews, references, checks, and childcare decisions.
Reviews
Families can leave feedback after connecting. Read the available context and consider whether the arrangement resembled yours.
Report a concern
In-app reporting can flag inappropriate behaviour, misleading information, suspicious activity, or another concern for review.
Block contact
Blocking prevents further profile and message contact through the account.
Family responsibility
Platform controls do not replace an evaluation.
The appropriate steps depend on the family, location, children, duties, and type of arrangement.
- Read the full profile and look for relevant, concrete experience.
- Ask about availability, duties, references, judgement, and communication.
- Confirm expectations, pay, cancellation, transportation, and emergency plans.
- Protect exact addresses, access details, financial data, and information about children.
- Pause when someone pressures you, requests unusual payment, or gives inconsistent information.
Reporting is not emergency response.
If someone is in immediate danger or you suspect a crime, contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority. Do not wait for an in-app report to be reviewed.
Privacy starts before the first visit.
